    Actor Sidharth Malhotra is currently busy shooting for his digital debut series, Indian Police Force. The actor took some time out of his busy schedule to wish filmmaker Karan Johar on his 50th birthday. He shared a series of throwback pictures featuring himself with the filmmaker and alongside penned a heartwarming birthday wish for him.

    Taking to his Instagram handle, the Shershaah actor posted two photos, one in which he is posing with Karan in traditional Indian attire. While in another photo the duo can be seen sporting western outfits. Alongside, he wrote, “Happy 50th birthday @karanjoharMay your big heart ,sense of humour and pout be evergreen ❤️🤗 Your truly special, Thank you for always spreading joy in my life, big love always🎉🎂…” Have a look :

    To note, Sidharth has made her acting debut in Karan Johar’s Student Of The Year alongside Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan . Since then, Sidharth and Karan have collaborated on several other projects including the superhit film, Shershaah, which was produced under Karan’s production house Dharma Productions . The actor will next be seen in an aerial action thriller, Yodha , another movie from Karan’s production house.

    Earlier, Sidharth shared a black and white photo of himself on Instagram as he reminisced about his journey. He captioned, “The only time you should ever look back, is to see how far you've come...#Throwback”. He seemed to refer to his journey from an Assistant Director on My Name Is Khan to being a heartthrob of millions after the success of Shershaah.

    On the work front, the actor has interesting projects lined up in his kitty. He has Mission Majnu with Rashmika Mandanna which is scheduled for July release. He has Indra Kumar ’s Thank God co-starring Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet. Currently, he is shooting for Yodha co-starring Raashi Khanna and Disha Patani , alongside his upcoming series Indian Police Force, helmed by Rohit Shetty .
