Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja name their newborn son Vayu, explain the mythological significance of the name

Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja have named their newborn son Vayu Kapoor Ahuja and took to their social media handle to announce the same. With a beautiful family picture, the couple shared the mythological significance of the lovely name. Today (September 20) also marks the first-month celebration of the child.

Talking about the same, the picture has Sonam Kapoor, Anand Ahuja, and their son twinning in yellow. The Dilli 6 actress can be seen wearing a traditional yellow embellished Salwar-Kameez attire. The actress has paired up the look with her hair tied to a neat Gajra and Jhumkas. While her husband Anand has sported a yellow Sherwani, their baby Vayu Kapoor Ahuja is seen wrapped up in a yellow shawl. While Sonam looks down at her little bundle of joy, Anand can be seen sweetly planting a kiss on her cheeks. Take a look at the same.

He is the deity of breath, the spiritual father of Hanuman, Bheem and Madhav and He is the incredibly powerful lord of wind. Praana is Vayu, a guiding force of life and intelligence in the universe. All the deity's of Praana, Indra, Shiva and Kali relate to Vayu. He can breathe life into beings as easily as he can destroy evil. Vayu is said to be heroic, brave, and mesmerisingly beautiful.”

Sonam earlier shared a customized Boss Baby cake on her Instagram story with which she is celebrating her baby turning one month. The actress had given birth to her son on August 20, 2022.
