    Actor Karan Deol got engaged to his girlfriend on grandparents Dharmendra and Prakash Kaur’s wedding anniversary. The son of Sunny Deol is set to marry next month, in June. However, there is no official confirmation about the same and not even details of his fiance is revealed so far.

    According to sources close to the development, Karan and his girlfriend have been dating for quite some time. “While not a lot is known about the girl as yet, Karan and she have been dating for a while, and they have now decided to get married. They recently got engaged on Dharmendra and Prakash Kaur’s anniversary, and both their families are extremely excited about the big day. It will be an intimate ceremony, with only close friends and relatives in attendance. The preparation has begun,” revealed the source. It is also being said that Karan’s fiance is not from the film industry.

    Last year, the speculations were rife that Karan was engaged to filmmaker Bimal Roy’s great-granddaughter, Drisha Roy. However, the rumours were rubbished later stating that Karan and Drisha are childhood friends, and the news of them getting engaged is not true. Later, another news began doing rounds on the internet that Karan is dating a mystery girl after the two were spotted together in Dubai on Valentine's Day this year.

    Meanwhile, on the work front, Karan made his Bollywood debut with Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas alongside Sahher Bambba in 2019. The romantic drama is directed by his father Sunny and produced by Sunny Sounds Pvt Ltd and Zee Studios. The film was commercially not successful. He was next seen in a crime comedy film Velle, directed by Deven Munjal. The film also stars Abhay Deol, Mouni Roy, Karan Deol, and Anya Singh among others.
