Sushmita Sen hits back at trolls calling her a gold digger on her latest post, says 'I famously preferred diamonds'

Sushmita Sen is currently the talk of the town ever since businessman Lalit Modi confirmed his relationship with her. While some people have been happy for the couple, Sushmita is also having her fair share of nasty trolling by some users. Now, the actress has shared a badass post hitting back at all those who have been calling her a ‘gold digger’ regarding her relationship with Modi.

Talking about the same, Sushmita Sen shared a surreal picture of herself in a pool from her vacation in the Maldives. The Main Hoon Na actress’ back is towards the camera but can make out that she is sporting a black swimsuit. Sushmita had a powerful message along with the picture.

The actress wrote, “Perfectly centered in my being & my conscience…I love how nature merges all its creation to experience oneness…and just how divided we are when we break that balance. It’s heartbreaking to see just how miserable & unhappy the world around us is becoming.” Take a look at her post.

Next, Sushmita Sen took a strong jibe at the people who have been labeling her as a gold digger. The Aarya actress stated, “The so-called intellectuals with their idiosyncrasies, the ignorant with their cheap & at times funny gossip. The friends I never had & the acquaintances I’ve never met, all sharing their grand opinions & deep knowledge of my life & character… monetizing the ‘ Gold Digger’ all the way!!! Ah, these geniuses!!! I dig deeper than Gold…and I’ve always (famously) preferred Diamonds. And yes, I still buy them myself.”

Lastly, Sushmita Sen also had a lovely message for all her true well-wishers. The Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya actress stated, “I love the all heart support my well-wishers & loved ones continue to extend. Please know, your Sush is ABSOLUTELY fine cause I’ve never lived on the transient borrowed light of approval & applause. I am the Sun, perfectly centered in my being & my conscience.”

Lalit Modi had taken to his social media handle to confirm his relationship with Sushmita Sen on July 14 (Thursday). However, he had stressed that they aren’t married yet. Sushmita was earlier dating model Rohman Shawl but the two separated last year.
