‘That toxic ex’: Sara Ali Khan gets trolled for celebrating after Shubman Gill’s team loses to CSK in IPL 2023 final

Bollywood beauty and star kid Sara Ali Khan is currently one of the busiest bees of Tinsel Town. Soon after making her debut on the prestigious red carpet of the Cannes Film Festival 2023 this month, she headed back to Mumbai and dived right back into work. She began promotions of her upcoming film Zara Hatke Zara Bachke with co-star Vicky Kaushal before jetting off to Abu Dhabi for IIFA 2023. Promotions continued even at the award function. Well, last evening Sara joined Vicky in Ahmedabad.

Vicky and Sara reached the Narendra Modi Stadium just in time to witness Chennai Super Kings and MS Dhoni defeat Gujarat Titans at the IPL finals. The two were over the moon with joy and even celebrated in the stands. A video of the same has now taken over the internet. However, Sara is being brutally trolled on social media because her rumoured boyfriend and cricket star Shubman Gill belongs to the losing team. Just recently the two unfollowed each other on social media, which led to reports of a break up.

On Twitter, one social media user joked, “Shubman Gill unfollowed Sara. Tonight he gonna block her😜”, whereas another tweeted: “Sara Ali Khan is that toxic ex who will always be happy when something bad happens to you 🤪#Gill #SaraAliKhan #ShubmanGill #GTvCSK #GTvsCSK.” Referencing to Shubman’s rumoured ex girlfriend Sara Tendulkar, another netizen shared, “Ye waali Sara to Gill ki nahi hai ye baat pakki ho gayi.” In the comment section of a paparazzi video, some fans even went as far as saying ‘Sara didi bewafa hai’.

Soon after Shubman and Sara Tendulkar reportedly broke up, rumours of him finding love in actress Sara Ali Khan began doing the rounds. The rumour mill further churned at a higher speed when they were snapped on a date.
