'This kind of harassment is not right': Aditya Roy Kapur's fan forcibly tries to kiss him and netizens condemn her behaviour

promote his upcoming series, The Night Manager . The actor recently turned a night manager in a Mumbai's posh hotel for a day leaving guests surprised. As the show is scheduled to release tomorrow, i.e February 17, the makers held a special screening for the celebrities. On Wednesday night, while the actor made his exit from the screening, some of his fans especially female fans mobbed him. One of them tried to literally kiss as she pounced over him not once but twice but he gracefully tackled the situation.

A video has surfaced online wherein Aditya could be seen greeting fans and obliging them with selfies. Suddenly then a lady held him and said, “ek kiss please,” leaving him embarrassed. He smiled at her and tried to avoid the kiss saying, “bas bas” but she still managed to kiss his hands. However, netizens fumed over fans’ behaviour towards the actor as they left harsh reactions in the comment section. One of the users wrote, “Oh god! This kind of harassment is not right! What is wrong with people? Even I like him but I won’t forcefully try to kiss him, that’s pure harassment!” Another commented, “Imagine a man doing this to an actress. Talking about The Night Manager, the upcoming series is an Indian adaptation of the British series of the same name. Aditya will essay the role of the night manager of a luxury hotel and former soldier. Apart from him, the series also stars Anil Kapoor and Sibhita Dhulipala in pivotal roles. Created and directed by Sandeep Modi, the series is bankrolled by The Ink Factory and Banijay Asia and is set to stream on Disney+Hotstar.
