‘To prove Kangana wrong’: Priyanka Chopra greets KJo at Ambani’s event after Bollywood politics remark; netizens react

A few days ago during an interview, Priyanka Chopra Jonas revealed that one major reason behind her shift to the West was Bollywood politics. She admitted that she had a ‘beef’ with people from the industry and also revealed that some had stopped casting her. Many netizens as well as celebs had come out in her support on social media. One of them was fellow queen Kangana Ranaut . The actress blamed filmmaker Karan Johar in her angry tweets and claimed that he had banned Priyanka. Kangana had further stated that by bullying them, KJo had done them a favour because Priyanka went on to become a Hollywood star.

While Priyanka did not name anyone in specific during her interview, Kangana’s posts left netizens pointing fingers at Karan. So fans obviously expected more drama when PeeCee returned to India yesterday. However, nothing of that sort happened when the actress bumped into the filmmaker at the grand opening of Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre last night. While KJo was flying solo, Priyanka arrived in style with her husband and American singer Nick Jonas . Karan and Priyanka gave each other a warm hug before the filmmaker went on to greet Nick.

Karan and Priyanka held hands and were seen catching up like old friends. Well, in the comment section below, netizens are now coming up with their theories. One social media user wrote: “Priyanka is a very big celebrity now.. karan johar cant ignore her.. if they are talking tht doesn’t mean tht there was nothing wrong.. i m sure kjo has no choice.. but to b nice to her.. priyanka rocks”, whereas another joked, “Maybe to prove Kangana Ranaut wrong or Kanga Ranaut is actually wrong😂.” Meanwhile a third comment read: “Haa Kangana ko galat sabit karne ke mil rahe honge🤬🤬🤬.”
