    September 28 marks the birthday of one of the prolific actors in the Hindi film industry of recent times. And it is none other than Ranbir Kapoor . The actor turned 40 today and had a blast at his midnight birthday bash which was held last night. Right from midnight, wishes poured in for him on social media by his family and friends. And the latest to drop a quirky birthday post is his childhood buddy and actor Arjun Kapoor .

    Taking to his Instagram handle, Arjun shared a cute picture of himself with the birthday boy wherein the two are seen smiling while their eyes are closed. While Ranbir can be seen in an all-white suit, Arjun wore a blue-coloured hoodie. Alongside the photo, the Ek Villain Returns took a cue from Ranbir’s Brahmastra character of Shiva and his ‘Agni Astra’ and wrote, “Tujhe aise 40 saal se godh mein paal ke bada kiya hai maine aur aaj tu agni ban gaya…(I have raised you in my lap for 40 years like this and today you have become fire…)Proud of u my boy.” Well, the bromance is on point, take a look:

    Earlier, Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor also wished him in Brahmastra style and named him her ‘Shakti Astra’. Sharing a lovely picture with her son, she wrote, “This has been quite a milestone year for You for US !!! Miss your father as he would have been the happiest proudest im sure he is orchestrating from up there !!! Happy birthday love you the mostestttt rana ❤️ you are my Shakti Astra.” Well, wishes are in order for the Kapoor scion but we still await the special birthday wish from his wife Alia Bhatt, who is expecting his first child.
