Unlike Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor gives thumbs down to Urfi Javed: 'Not a big fan of this kind of fashion'

Ranbir Kapoor recently appeared on Kareena Kapoor Khan ’s talk show What Women Want and spoke at length about his professional and personal life. During the conversation, he also played some fun games wherein he was asked questions about his newly born daughter Raha and wife Alia Bhatt. In one of the such games, he was also shown placards that had images of celebrities dressed in different looks, and was asked to review them on basis of good or bad taste.

On one of the placards, Kareena had a picture of social media influencer Urfi Javed , who is known for her unusual and bold outfits. Surprisingly, Ranbir identified her and commented, "Is it Uorfi? I am not a big fan of this kind of fashion. But I believe that we are living in a world today where if you are comfortable in your skin…” And Kareena interrupted him by asking, “Good taste or bad taste,” and he gave a thumbs down saying, “bad taste.”

Further, Ranbir was also shown placard of Ranveer Singh, reacting to which he said, “It’s in very good taste. I think there is very few people who can carry off this attire. And I think he has pull off it really well.” On Priyanka Chopra’s photo, he commented, “ definitely in good taste, she has lot of carriage because she has this lot of self-confidence, so if you so much confidence, you can pull it off anything, so great taste.”

Well, Ranbir might have turned down Urfi’s fashion, but she has got her admirers in Ranveer Singh, Masaba Gupta and Anaita Shroff among others. On Karan Johar’s show Koffee With Karan, Ranveer called Urfi a ‘fashion icon’. Coming back to Ranbir, the actor was recently seen in Luv Ranjan's Tu Jhooti Main Makkaar co-starring Shraddha Kapoor, Dimple Kapadia, Boney Kapoor, among others. He will next be seen in Sandeep Vanga's Animal, alongside Rashmika Mandanna.
