Unlike wife Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor has no dreams of Hollywood; shares his excitement for Brahmastra

Earlier this year, it was revealed that actress Alia Bhatt is all set to make her Hollywood debut alongside Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan with British filmmaker Tom Harper's upcoming project, Heart of Stone. A month after her wedding with Ranbir Kapoor , the actress jetted off to UK to take the film on floors. Recently she caught up with her mother Soni Razdan and Shaheen Bhatt in London for a lunch date. Meanwhile, Ranbir has been busy with his envious line up.

The two are also gearing up for the release of Brahmastra , their first film together. Well, recently in an interview with Dainik Jagran, Ranbir shared that unlike his wife, he does not have any dreams of Hollywood. He was quoted saying, “I only have dreams of Brahmastra. I think original content that is in your culture and is entertaining can touch every audience.” Talking about Alia, the actor shared, “I have never seen the success and dreams of Alia in anyone else. I am happy where I am.”

Other than Brahmastra and Heart of Stone, Alia has Karan Johar ’s much awaited directorial Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani with Ranveer Singh in her kitty. Ranbir, on the other hand, will be seen in YRF’s Shamshera next with Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor. Apart from that, he has been busy shooting Luv Ranjan’s untitled next with Shraddha Kapoor and also has Sandeep Reddy Vanga 's crime drama Animal , co-starring national crush Rashmika Mandanna .

Alia and Ranbir’s Brahmastra is all set to arrive in theatres on 9th September.
