    Varun Dhawan lost his driver and close aide Manoj Sahu on Tuesday evening to a sudden heart attack while the actor was shooting for a brand at Mehboob Studios in Mumbai. Manoj who had accompanied Varun to the shoot was proclaimed dead on arrival when he was taken to the Lilavati Hospital in Bandra immediately after.

    The Bollywood actor who was spotted at the hospital showing support to Manoj’s family left the place teary eyed after this driver’s death.

    On Wednesday, Varun shared a video with Manoj where he can be seen saying at an event how his driver is the one person who truly as his back. He introduced him to the media while heaping praises on the man while his wax statue was unveiled at Madame Tussauds in Hong Kong.

    Penning an emotional note saying goodbye to his close aide, Varun wrote with the video, “Manoj has been in my life for the last 26 years. He was my everything. I have no words to express my grief but all I want is people remember him for his amazing wit, humour and passion he had for life . I will always be grateful I had u in my life Manoj dada🙏”

    Condolences poured in from several of Varun’s collegues in Bollywood including Ayushmann Khurrana , Karan Johar , Anushka Sharma, Kartik Aaryan , Bhumi Pednekar , Anil Kapoor , Farhan Akhtar, Bipasha Basu , Tiger Shroff, Kiara Advani , Sonakshi Sinha, Huma Qureshi Aparshakti Khurana, Swara Bhasker , Arjun Kapoor among others.

    Hair stylist Aalim Hakim also wrote about the actor’s close bond with Manoj in comments and asked the actor to stay strong in this time of loss. “Stay Strong Varun please .. You both were very close and the amount of love you had for each other.. Manoj bhai was an amazing human being .. still can’t digest what happened.. May his soul rest in peace.. We all will remember Manoj bhai and his smiling face forever.”
