Vicky Kaushal reveals how Katrina Kaif acts like his mirror; shares an update about his wife’s Punjabi

Fans were pleasantly surprised when Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal ’s dating rumours began last year. This is because not many of us imagined them as a jodi, as they had never been paired opposite one another and were barely spotted together. But when we did see them, they looked like the perfect pair. The happy couple went on to prove us right after tying the nuptial knot a year ago, with their natural chemistry which wins hearts each time they step out together. Even their romantic social media posts are giving netizens major couple goals!

Back when reports of their impending nuptials were doing the rounds, there was one rumour which made headlines. Buzz suggested that Katrina was getting lessons from a private tutor she hired, in order to learn Punjabi which is her husband’s native language. While it is still not confirmed if this was just a rumour or the truth, Vicky has now shared an update on how Katrina’s Punjabi is coming along. In a chat with GOODTiMES, the actor revealed, “Voti Punjabi bol leti hai thodi thodi (my wife is able to speak a bit of Punjabi).”

During his interview, Vicky shared that he feels lucky to have found a life partner in Katrina, who is wise, compassionate and makes him feel settled. He was further quoted saying, “I really learn from her a lot and she really grounds me. She is like a mirror to me. She would state out hard facts which I need to know and hear. And you always need that person with you. I truly feel fortunate to have her as my life partner.” How perfect are they!

On the work front, Katrina will next be seen in Tiger 3 opposite Bollywood’s Bhaijaan Salman Khan, whereas Vicky is gearing up for the release of Govinda Naam Mera co-starring Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar.
