Vijay Deverakonda reacts as rumours speculate an year end wedding for him and Rashmika Mandanna

Actors Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mananna’s relationship rumours took an escalated new turn recently as it was speculated that the duo is planning on tying the knot this year. Vijay and Rashmika are both in Mumbai currently owing to their work commitments have been spotted giving each other company there on dinners and outings further fueling reports of their romance.

While the duo has never formally commented on their relationship, the wedding rumours seem to have incited Vijay enough to post a reaction. Without mentioning the rumours about his wedding, the actor shared a tweet nipping such speculations in the bud.

The Liger star wrote, “As usual nonsense… Don’t we just (heart) da news!”

A report had mentioned that Vijay and Rashmika plan to take their relationship to the next level by tying the knot by the end of the year. Vijay’s tweet seems to have made it abundantly clear that a wedding is definitely not on the cards for him at the moment.

What is definitely on the cards for Vijay and Rashmika, though, is a big Bollywood debut. While Rashmika will be seen in Siddharth Malhotra starrer Mission Majnu this year, Vijay Deverakonda will be seen going pan-India with his action entertainer Liger co-starring Ananya Panday .

Liger which is backed by Karan Johar ’s Dharma Productions is yet to wrap up shoot while Rashmika completed Mission Majnu last year.

The actress also has another big Bollywood film, Goodbye , in her kitty where she will be seen sharing screen with Amitabh Bachchan and Neena Gupta.

Vijay and Rashmika have worked on two Telugu films together, Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade and are good friends since. The duo even rang in the New Year together from which pictures went viral and further fuelled rumours of their relationship.
