Wedding bells ringing for Parineeti Chopra and AAP leader Raghav Chadha? here's what we know
As per latest reports, Parineeti and Raghav's families have initiated discussions about their marriage. The formal announcement will soon be made.
Ever since Parineeti Chopra was spotted with AAP leader Raghav Chadha on dinner and lunch dates, their dating rumours are doing the rounds on the internet. Later, Raghav also added fuel to the fire when he blushed when asked about his rumoured ladylove. “Rajneeti ke baare mein puchiye, Parineeti ke baare mein nahi,” he said leaving fans excited about their relationship rumours. In the major development, there are reports that their families have initiated discussions on marriage.
As per reports of TOI, the source close to the development said, “There has been no formal ceremony yet, but the families are discussing it and there will be some ceremony soon. Both families are happy about the two being together, but fixing a date for any ceremony is difficult considering the two are busy with their respective schedules. The ceremony will be a small, intimate affair with close family members.”
For those unversed, Parineeti and Raghav have studied together at the London School of Economics. They also have many common friends and both love travelling and discuss lesser-explored international travel destinations. However, neither Parineeti nor Raghav has so far reacted to their dating rumours as yet. It was also earlier reported by India Today that the two are just good friends and not dating each other. Well, the formal announcement is still awaited.
Meanwhile, workwise, Parineeti was last seen in Sooraj Barjatya’s Uunchai co-starring Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Neena Gupta, and Sarika. She will next feature in Imtiaz Ali’s biopic Chamkila which is based on the life of the late singer Amar Singh Chamkila. The film has Punjabi singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh in the lead role. The film is slated to hit theatres in this year as per reports. However, recently, the film landed in legal trouble after a local court reportedly ordered Reliance Entertainment, producer Imtiaz Ali, not to broadcast, release, upload, or stream the biopic on Chamkila and singer Bibi Amarjot Kaur in any way.
