Will Deepika Padukone's Rubai and Katrina Kaif's Zoya have a crossover in Yash Raj Films' spy universe? deets inside

In Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan , Salman Khan made a cameo appearance as Tiger which left fans mesmerized. The makers have shown the intention of having a similar crossover between the leading ladies of the two movies. Yes, we are talking about Deepika Padukone ’s Rubai of Pathaan and Katrina Kaif ’s Zoya of Tiger crossover. In the latest development, Pathan writer Sridhar Raghavan spoke about the such possibility in the Yash Raj Films Spy universe.

Sridhar revealed that they intend to explore all existing characters-male and female of the spy universe. He said, “There are so many films planned by Adi sir (Aditya Chopra). It is a bit early to talk about it because he already has a clear vision. We intend to have crossover between all these worlds because it is the same world. We intend to have new agents coming in and we also intend to have older agents that you thought you might never see again." he told India Today.

Further, he also said that the makers have unexpected twists and turns planned for the future which is too early to reveal. “They will be coming back in a manner that you might not have anticipated. There's a lot of this and that going on. Right now, I will keep it more tantalising rather than revealing too much. Because it is all the work-in-progress stage. You will see a couple more characters and the universe expanding. The possibilities are limitless,” he added.

Meanwhile, Salman Khan’s upcoming film, Tiger 3 will reportedly have a special appearance of Shah Rukh Khan as Pathaan. Directed by Maneesh Sharma, the film also stars Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi in pivotal roles. Talking about Pathaan, the film has surpassed the Rs 600 crore-mark at the global box office in less than ten days of release. The film also stars John Abraham, Dimple Kapadia, and Ashutosh Rana in key roles.
