    1920: Horrors of The Heart marks the Bollywood debut of Avika Gor who shot to fame with her role as Anandi in the television show 'Balika Vadhu'.

    Filmmaker Vikram Bhatt is all set to take the 1920 franchise forward with its third installment titled 1920: Horrors of The Heart. The upcoming film will be directed by his daughter Krishna Bhatt and will feature Balika Vadhu fame Avika Gor in the lead role.

    Taking to Instagram, the filmmaker officially announced the film with a picture of himself with Krishna, Avika, and his brother Mahesh Bhatt . "1920 started a new chapter in my life and now another story set in 1920 will kick start in Hindi films the career of the immensely talented @avikagor and the gritty girl director @krishnavbhatt 1920 - horrors of the heart is written by my mentor and guru @maheshfilm - this time I play the producer - cheering from the wings for the emerging talent."

    1920: Horrors of The Heart marks the Bollywood debut of TV actor Avika who shot to fame with her role as Anandi in the television show 'Balika Vadhu'. Since then, she has been part of several television shows and also acted in Telugu films.

    On the other hand, Krishna has assisted his father Vikram in several movies including 1920. She wrote, “The film that changed my life and made me want to become a director - 1920! Now more than a decade later I will direct 1920 - Horrors of the Heart with my leading lady, @avikagor ! Super excited to be making this one with my heart, my love and my mentors @vikrampbhatt and #MaheshBhatt who are writing and producing it."

    Meanwhile, Vikram’s first horror film 1920 was released in 2008 which starred Rajneesh Duggal and Adah Sharma in the lead., The film piqued people's interest and turned out to be a commercial success. Later, the makers had released the sequel to the film titled 1920: The Evil Returns which received mixed responses from the audience.
