After Drishyam 2 Ajay Devgn begins shoot for Kaithi remake titled Bholaa; Shah Rukh Khan finally back on set for Atlee's next

Ajay Devgn is busy juggling multiple projects at once. The actor’s film Drishyam 2 went on floors earlier this month and now the actor has devoted the next month to a new project Bholaa which is another remake of the Tamil film Kaithi .

Bholaa is being helmed by first time director Dharmendra Sharma who is also Ajay’s cousin and the film went on floors on Saturday with the actor shooting an action sequence in Kharghar. The action thriller which also stars Tabu and the actress shared a picture from her vanity embracing ‘new beginnings’.

The plot of the 2019 film Kaithi has been tweaked to give the project a pan-Indian appeal. The original plot is about an ex-convict who joins the police in busting a drug racket in exchange for being reunited with his daughter.

Post the month long schedule for Bholaa, an extensive schedule for Drishyam 2 is on the cards for the actor which will be shot in Goa next.

Shah Rukh Khan , on the other hand, has resumed shooting for filmmaker Atlee’s next. The Bollywood superstar was seen shooting few hospital sequences for the film with Sanya Malhotra who is reportedly playing a doctor in the project.

Shah Rukh, like Ajay Devgn, is also juggling two projects at the moment. The star has a schedule of Pathan to shoot in Spain with co-stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. The schedule was delayed due to the third wave of the Covid-19 pandemic will now take place in March.

As for the Mumbai schedule of Atlee’s next, Shah Rukh was supposed to shoot for the project in October last year but had to postpone the schedule for personal reasons. According to a report in ETimes, the actor was seen limping on the sets in character and shot for a limited time during the day while most of the shoot went forward with Sanya shooting her parts.

The schedule is just 10 days long where certain dramatic portions of the film are being shot with Sanya and the film's leading lady Nayanthara along with Shah Rrukh. According to some reports, the film will also feature Rana Daggubati and Sunil Grover but there has been no confirmation regarding this.

Both Pathan and Atlee’s untitled next are action entertainers but are yet to get an official announcement.
