She proved that there is no character she can’t play with perfection in her recently released Gangubai Kathiawadi, Sanjay Leela Bhansali ’s latest masterpiece. Up next Alia is ready to blow her fans away with ace filmmaker SS Rajamouli’s much awaited period action drama film RRR . Well, if buzz is to be believed, the actress may reunite with the Baahubali director for his next project as well!

    A report shared by Pinkvilla revealed that Alia has been approached for Rajamouli’s next film, which will be headlined by Mahesh Babu. A source was quoted saying, “Over the last few months, SS Rajamouli and his father, KV Vijayendra Prasad, have been working on the screenplay of their next collaboration with Mahesh in the lead. They have developed several characters through this period, feel that Alia fits the bill to play the female lead. The duo also believes that the young actress will make a solid pairing with Mahesh.”

    The source further shared that talks are on and things like dates, monetary scheme of things and the character traits are being discussed between the makers and the actress. The report revealed, “Unlike RRR, Alia will be having a bigger role in this African jungle adventure.” Currently, the beauty has an enviable line up of films which includes Brahmastra , Darlings and Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani .
