Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor's wedding: Groom's mother Neetu Kapoor has already chosen her outfit?

The tinsel town is abuzz with the speculations of the most awaited Bollywood weddings on the block. Ranbir Kapoor will be tying the knot with Alia Bhatt on the night of April 15 or on April 16, early morning. As the latest developments surrounding the wedding are doing the rounds, one hears that the mother of the groom and veteran actress Neetu Kapoor has already finalized her attire.

According to a news report in Pinkvilla, Neetu Kapoor has zeroed on celebrity designer Manish Malhotra for her attires for the D-day. This comes as no surprise as the designer is quite often the most popular choice when it comes to celebrity weddings. The report further added that some team members were seen helping the Khel Khel Mein actress carry large outfit bags to Ranbir Kapoor’s Vastu apartment in Bandra.

The publication has also reported that the bride-to-be Alia Bhatt has like all the other B-town brides has chosen a Sabyasachi lehenga for her special day. The report added that the celebrity designer is reworking the Raazi actress’ bridal lehenga after her demand regarding the same has changed. According to the report, Alia had chosen her wedding lehenga way back in 2019 when she wanted something very traditional.

However, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor could not tie the knot during that time due to the sudden onset of the pandemic. Now after a gap of two years, Alia reportedly wishes for something that is a combination of traditional but is also fashion-forward. So Sabyasachi is currently working on her wedding lehenga once again. Nevertheless, we cannot wait to see the designer weave magic on the Dear Zindagi actress on her wedding day.

Earlier today (April 8), Alia Bhatt’s manager Grishma Shah and her head of security were spotted doing a recce at Ranbir Kapoor’s Bandra apartment.
