Boney Kapoor's daughter Anshula to make her acting debut? Here's what we know

Like son Arjun Kapoor , and daughters Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor , filmmaker Boney Kapoor wants his daughter Anshula Kapoor to follow in the footsteps of the family. The recent report suggests that the senior producer is reportedly planning to launch Anshula in Bollywood, however, no announcement has been made yet.

After a small presence in Anurag Kashyap ’s AK Vs AK, Boney is all set to make his full-fledged acting debut in Luv Ranjan’s film starring Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor . Hence, the filmmaker feels that if Anshula also joins films as an actor, the Kapoors will become a 5-star family.

“Since Boney is also acting in a film, he feels that if Anshula also joins films as an actor, the Kapoors will become a 5-star family – Boney, Arjun, Janhvi, Khushi, and Anshula. He has seen Anshula in her school plays and vouches for her acting talent.” said the source close to the Etimes.

Although no official statement has yet been made by either Boney or Anshula on the matter, the filmmaker is serious about bringing it to fruition as per reports.

For the unversed, Anshula is Boney’s daughter from his first marriage with Mona Shourie Kapoor. She is known for founding Fankind, an online celebrity fundraising, and charity platform. She has preferred to stay away from the limelight. Last month, she shared a mirror selfie that left us mesmerised with her transformation.

Speaking of Boney’s youngest daughter, Khushi is all set to make her acting debut in Zoya Akhtar ’s directorial film ' The Archies ’. The Netflix film also stars Shah Rukh Khan ’s daughter Suhana Khan and Amitabh Bachchan ’s Agastya Nanda . The team has recently began shooting for the film.

Meanwhile, Boney as a producer has bankrolled several upcoming films including Ajay Devgn ’s Maidaan , Ajith ’s next film, and Veetla Vishesham.
