    SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR starring Ram Charan and Jr NTR has hit the screens and the film is garnering raving reviews. After watching the film, Ram Charan’s father and actor Chiranjeevi heaped praises on the ace filmmaker and called the film his ‘master piece’.

    In Rajamouli’s latest periodic drama, Ram Charan and Jr NTR play daredevil revolutionaries Alluri Sitaramju and Komaram respectively. The film also features Bollywood actors Ajay Devgn and Alia in cameo roles. Ever since the film was announced, there was huge hype surrounding it and the cast ensured the big-budgeted movie reached the masses as they promoted the movie until the day of release.

    As per the latest report, the multi-lingual film is soaring at the box office. On the first day, the Hindi version collected Rs 18 crore, while the Telugu version has broken all records is expected to earn more than Rs 100 crore. The film is also doing extremely well overseas specially in the US. The trade analyst Ramesh Bala tweeted,” All-time Record Alert! #RRR 's Day 1 Share in Nizam is a new all-time record of ₹ 23.3 Crs.. Day 1 Telugu States gross must be more than ₹ 100 Crs..”

    Produced by DVV Danayya, RRR is a big-budget film of Rs 450 crore. The film is expected to overtake Rajamouli’s Bahubali 2 in terms of box office collection as per reports.

    Meanwhile, on the work front, Chiranjeevi is all set to share screen space with Bollywood actor Salman Khan in Mohan Raja’s Godfather, which is a remake of the hit Tamil film, Lucifer.
