Divya Bharti's death anniversary: THIS frightening incident took place during the screening of her film Rang post her death

Today (April 5) marks the death anniversary of actress Divya Bharti. The actress was known for her beauty and versatile acting chops so her tragic death at such a tender age of 19 came as a rude shock to the industry and her fans. However, not many people know that at the screening of her film Rang which took place three months post her demise, a frightening incident had taken place at the event.

It is not a hidden fact that Divya Bharti died after falling off from her Versova flat in Mumbai under mysterious circumstances in the year 1993. The screening of her movie Rang was held three months after her death in July. Divya’s co-star from the film, Ayesha Jhulka had spoken about the incident in an interview.

According to a news report in News Track Live, Ayesha Jhulka had said that when Divya Bharti’s scene had appeared during the screening of the movie in Film City, the entire screen suddenly fell off. The incident had terrified everyone present at the screening. Talking about Bharti, she made her acting debut with the Telugu movie, Bobili Raja .

Divya Bharti made her Bollywood acting debut with the 1992 movie Vishwatma. Since then, it was no looking back for the actress who went on to appear in many successful films with some leading heroes of showbiz. Within a short time of her successful professional tenure, Divya married producer Sajid Nadiadwala.

The couple reportedly tied the knot on May 20, 1992, and it is said that Divya Bharti also changed her name to Sana as well as her religion before her marriage to Sajid Nadiadwala. However, tragedy struck when Bharti fell down from her 5-storey building in Versova on April 5, 1993, and succumbed to her injuries. In her short lifespan, she did several hit movies like Deewana, Shola Aur Shabnam, Laadla , Balwaan, and many more.
