'If a seven-year-old was making a movie, what would you do?' star of Thor: Love and Thunder Chris Hemsworth talks about working with Taika Waititi

Thor: Love and Thunder is all set to wow audiences next week, the movie will have Thor reuniting with his old flame Jane Foster( Natalie Portman )

Portman will be reprising her role after a gap of nine years.

The movie will also be Christain Bale's intro to the MCU as Gorr the God Butcher, who will be the main villain.

Chris Hemsworth who is busy promoting the upcoming movie talked about working with director Takia Waititi again and expressed his joy in working with him.

Hemsworth said that Thor: Love and Thunder is the director at his craziest.

Taika Waititi first worked with Chris Hemsworth in 2017s Thor: Ragnarok which went to be a massive critical and commercial hit and revitalized the tired franchise.

The movie would go on to gross over 800 million dollars worldwide.

The director went on to develop the highly sucessfull spinoff series to his directorial debut 'What we do in the Shadows' and won an Oscar for Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay for Jojo Rabbit which he also directed.

Thor: Love and Thunder mark his return to the MCU and is also the fourth film in the franchise.

Speaking with Australia's TODAY. Hemsworth talked about the director and said 

"It was Taika at his craziest. Taika, normally, is kind of at an 11, so you can do the math there, "He described it as like he'd been given the keys to the kingdom, and someone said, 'Here if a seven-year-old was making a movie, what would you do?' He said,

 'Well, I want to put this in it. I want to do this. I want to try this.' And everything he suggested, I said yes to, and then we had this insane film in front of us."

"all the fun, and humor, and wackiness that all of Taika's films have," but with "a great love story in the center of it. There's a lot of heart, and some incredible Marvel action, as you can imagine."

The movie stars Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, Christian Bale, Tessa Thompson, Taika Waititi, Russell Crowe , Jaimie Alexander, Chris Pratt , Karen Gillan, Dave Bautista, and Pom Klementieff.

Thor: Love and Thunder will hit the big screen on July 8th.
