Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali: Salman Khan to take Farhad Samji’s film on floors next month; deets inside

Superstar Salman Khan has been one of the busiest actors in the industry in the last few months. After leaving the audience in awe with his releases Radhe and Antim: The Final Truth , Bollywood’s Bhaijaan began shooting for Aditya Chopra ’s Tiger 3, the third instalment in his beloved spy series, alongside Katrina Kaif . He even shot his much anticipated cameos for Shah Rukh Khan ’s action entertainer Pathaan and Chiranjeevi’s political action thriller film Godfather. Well, buzz now suggests that the superstar is ready to take his next project on floors soon.

A report shared by Pinkvilla has revealed that the actor will start filming Farhad Samji ’s next, titled Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, from May 15. A source was quoted saying, “Salman will begin shooting for Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali in Mumbai. Farhad has already begun work on the pre-production formalities, and is excited to start filming.” In an earlier interview with the portal, the director had revealed that this film will be serving a buffet of action, comedy and romance to the audience-- ‘Ladoo for Diwali and Sheer Khurma for Eid’.

Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali: Aayush Sharma never walked out of Salman Khan’s film; Sooraj Pancholi might join cast 

While Pooja Hegde will be seen as the female lead in this project, Salman’s brother-in-law Aayush Sharma and actor Zaheer Iqbal will be playing pivotal roles. According to recent buzz actor Sooraj Pancholi, who was launched by Salman in 2015 with the film Hero , might also join the star cast of Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali. The three boys will either be seen as Salman’s on-screen brothers or friends who bump into him in the film.
