The latest BTS picture from the sets of the highly anticipated Joker: Folie à Deux maybe hint that we could see a new version of the infamous Harvey Dent aka Two-Face.

In the picture we see a group of protesters holding up signs which reads 'Dent is the Clown', this does indicate that there is a possibility of Harvey Dent appearing as Gotham City's District Attorney in the sequel.

The last live-action appearance of Two-Face on the big screen was in the 2008 movie Dark Knight, in which actor Aaron Eckhart played the role.

Now there is the possibility that this is just an easter egg in the movie but if he does make an appearance, it will be interesting to see which actor will be taking on the role and how big a role they play in the movie.

However, we should also consider the possibility that this could be a reference to Christopher Dent, Harvey Dent's abusive father.

Mainly due to the fact that Brice Wayne is still a child in the universe, the Joker is set in and Harvey Dent is one of his closest childhood friends.

Joker: Folie à Deu is one of the most anticipated comic book movies and is the upcoming sequel to 2019's Joker, the cast and crew are currently busy filming the movie in New York.

The movie will not be connected to the main DCU lineup but will be part of the Elseworlds lineup alongside Matt Reeves Batman movies.

While we do know that the sequel to 2019 Joker will be focusing on Joker's time in Arkham Asylum and his relationship with his psychiatrist Harley Quinzel, and the movie will be from her perspective.

Harley Quinn's origin story has been told from her perspective a few times, the most powerful being in the animated Batman series, where her character was first created.

The main cast of the movie includes Joaquin Phoenix, Lady Gaga, Zazie Beetz, Brendan Gleeson, and Catherine Keener.

Joker: Folie à Deux is set to release on 4 October 2024.
