It took the internet by storm when Paresh Rawal confirmed that Bollywood heartthrob Kartik Aaryan will be a part of Hera Pheri 3 . This was followed by reports of him replacing Khiladi Akshay Kumar , who won us over as Raju in the first two parts of the popular franchise. Revealing the reason behind his exit, Akshay shared that he was not satisfied with the screenplay and the script. Well, Suniel Shetty has now clarified that Kartik is a part of the film but he will not step into Raju’s shoes.

While we are excited to see Babu Bhaiya and Shyam again, we can’t imagine Hera Pheri without the iconic character of Raju! Well, we have now found someone else who is capable of playing Raju’s character. It is none other than actor and comedian Vikalp Mehta ! The very talented personality recently left Tabu in awe with his mimicry of Akshay aka Raju when she came on The Kapil Sharma Show to promote Drishyam 2. Even Nora Fatehi , who was on a promotional spree with Ayushmann Khurrana for An Action Hero, was extremely impressed.

Nora could not believe her ears because Vikalp sounded exactly like Akshay when he spoke his dialogues. Not just his voice but his hairstyle, behavior and walk make Vikalp a carbon copy of Bollywood’s Khiladi. It truly is unbelievable! Even netizens feel that Vikalp is the perfect fit for Hera Pheri 3 after Akshay’s exit. In the comment section of one of his posts, a fan shared, “Hera fheri 3 me duplicate Raju bhi chalega”, whereas another message read: “Someone take him in Hera Pheri 3!!!!” A third social media user joked, “Original bhi ab toh duplicate lagne laga h.”

What did you think of Vikalp’s mind-blowing performance as Akshay?
