Oh Manamey song from Manamey: Check out Hesham Abdul Wahab’s cheerful composition from Sharwanand-starrer

The makers of Sharwanand’s upcoming film Manamey dropped the title track from the film, ‘Oh Manamey’. Composed by Hridayam-fame composer Hesham Abdul Wahab, the song is crooned by Karthik and Geetha Madhuri. The song features heartwarming moments shared by the protagonist, Sharwanand and his love interest, played by Krithi Shetty. The love song has lyrics penned by Krishna Kanth, with Harika Narayan rendering his vocals for the English lyrics.

Earlier, the makers of the film had unveiled the first single from the film, titled ‘Ika Na Maate’.

Directed by Sriram Adittya, the upcoming film revolves around the lead actors. The teaser of the film, which dropped earlier, showcased Sharwanand and Krithi Shetty as polar-opposite characters. While Krithi plays someone who is disciplined, Sharwanand essays the role of a carefree man. However, their lives take a turn when a young kid (played by Vikram Adittya, the son of director Sriram Adittya) enters their lives. The film is set in the backdrop of London, hinting that the movie is set in the UK. Overall, the positive and fun visuals hint that Manamey will be a light-hearted romantic comedy.

Recently, the makers of the film announced that Manamey will have a worldwide release on June 7, 2024. The announcement was made with a new poster featuring Sharwanand in a fun avatar. The actor is seen in a stylish suit as he carries an office bag. The picture is set in London.

Besides Sharwanand, Krithi Shetty, Vikram Adittya, the movie also features Seerat Kapoor, Ayesha Khan, Vennela Kishore, Rahul Ramakrishna, and Rahul Ravindran as part of the supporting cast. While the music is composed by Hesham Abdul Wahab, the movie’s cinematography is handled by Vishnu Sharma and Gnana Shekar VS. Prawin Pudi is the editor, and Jonny Shaik is the art director. The film is produced by TG Vishwa Prasad under the banner People Media Factory.
