Parineeti Chopra is all praises for Uunchai director Sooraj Barjatya, calls him a 'masterclass in humility'

Parineeti Chopra had a busy year in 2021 with three films releasing within a month. It started with a Girl On The Train, then it was Saina and it released Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar . Parineeti also recently made her TV debut as guest in the talent show Hunabaaz. Now, her fans are looking forward to her upcoming projects, which include Sooraj Barjatya 's Uunchai and Sandeep Reddy Vanga 's Animal . In a recent interview, she has opened up about her collaboration with director Sooraj Barjatya.

Talking to Mid Day, Parineeti said, “Working with Sooraj sir has been a dream for any actor, including me. He is the maestro of family entertainers. My parents were thrilled when I told them that Sooraj sir has cast me in Uunchai. Sooraj sir is an even better person than I had imagined. Simply by being himself, he is a masterclass in humility. I can’t believe that Sooraj sir, who has created milestones in Indian cinema, has chosen me to be a part of his cinematic vision.”

In Uunchai, Parineeti will share the screen with actors like Amitabh Bachchan , Anupam Kher, Boman Irani , Neena Gupta, and Nafisa Ali. It is touted as a tale of friendship. Not just this, Parineti also has Animal in her kitty, which would be directed by Kabir Singh fame Sandeep Reddy Vanga. She has been paired opposite Ranbir Kapoor in the project. Talking about it she said, “One needs to constantly collaborate with people who can push you to excel, and better your craft.”
