Pisasu 2 release window locked! Andrea Jeremiah’s horror sequel to hit theatres in the first half of 2025
Pisasu 2 is set to star Andrea Jeremiah in the lead, which also marks Mysskin’s return to direction after 5 years.

On the occasion of actress Andrea Jeremiah’s birthday, the makers of the highly anticipated horror sequel Pisasu 2 have announced that the film, directed by Mysskin, will be released in March 2025. The team shared this exciting update along with an intriguing poster of the leading lady, Andrea Jeremiah, on their social media handles and wrote:

More about Pisasu 2
Directed by Mysskin, Pisasu 2 is the sequel to the 2014 Tamil horror film Pisasu, which starred Naga, Rajkumar Pitchumani, Ashvatt, alongside Radharavi, Kalyani Natarajan, Prayaga Martin, and Harish Uthaman in key roles. The story follows a violinist who begins to experience paranormal events after a girl he attempts to save from an accident tragically dies. He later discovers that the girl's spirit is guiding him to uncover her killer.
Pisasu 2 completed its censor formalities long ago and received an A certification. On the technical front, the film features composer Karthik Raja handling the music, cinematographer Siva Santhakumar behind the camera, and editing by Keerthana and Susil Umapathy. The movie is bankrolled by T. Muruganantham under the Rockfort Entertainment banner.
Vijay Sethupathi in Pisasu 2
According to earlier reports, Vijay Sethupathi has a 16-minute cameo appearance in the upcoming horror film. Interestingly, Vijay Sethupathi is also gearing up for his next project, Train, which is directed by Mysskin himself.
