    Telugu superstar Ram Charan is indeed a man with a heart of gold. The megastar has recently gifted 10 grams of gold to every person who worked on SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus RRR .

    The actor celebrated the success of the period drama by acknowledging the hard work and efforts of the crew members. He invited 35 technicians to his Hyderabad home for a meal and then presented them with sweets and a gold coin worth Rs 55,000-60000 each. Each gifted coin has 'Ram Charan' and 'RRR' written on it. The technicians included production managers, accountants, and respective heads of filmmaking departments like direction and camera. With such a sweet gesture, the actor had definitely won millions of hearts.

    Earlier, Charan has expressed gratitude for RRR’s success by arriving barefoot at Mumbai airport as part of observing the 41-day long Ayyappa Deeksha. He was also mobbed by fans outside the Gaiety theatre when he made a surprise appearance at the film screening. For the unversed, 'RRR' has caused a riot at the global box office ever since it was released on March 25.

    In just three days of release, it managed to cross Rs 500 crore worldwide. According to trade analyst Manobala Vijayan, the film has already collected Rs 819 crores within nine days of its release till Saturday, April 2. Starring Ram Charan and Jr. NTR in the lead roles, the period-action extravaganza is inching towards crossing Rs 1000 crore worldwide.

    RRR, which stands for ‘Rise Roar Revolt’, revolves around two Telugu freedom fighters Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem during the British empire in India. While Charan essayed Raju, Jr NTR portrayed Bheem. Apart from them, the film also features Alison Doody, Ray Stevenson, Olivia Morris, and also has Bollywood actors Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt in extended cameos.
