Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt wedding: Kareena Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Karan Johar arrive in style for Mehendi ceremony

After a long wait, actors Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are finally set to take their nuptial vows in the coming days. Their wedding festivities have already begun with a puja ceremony in the morning, and a Mehendi ceremony scheduled in the afternoon. From the couple’s family members to friends, guests have begun arriving at their flat in Mumbai Pali Hills.

From the Kapoor clan, Neetu Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor, and Rima Jain among others after attending the puja ceremony in the morning have now headed for the Mehendi ceremony which has reportedly begun. Ranbir’s cousins Kareena Kapoor , Karisma Kapoor , Adar Jain, Armaan Jain, Anissa have also joined as they were clicked in the car while arriving for the ceremony.

While Kareena opted for a silver lehenga, Karisma wore a festive yellow coloured salwar kameez for the function. On the other hand, the mother of the groom-to-be Neetu looked lovely in a multicoloured traditional outfit. Ranbir’s sister Riddhima in a white-black saree looked glamorous.

Among others, Brahmastra director Ayan Mukerji and filmmaker Karan Johar also made it to the auspicious ceremony. Take a look at the guests:

Ahead of the wedding, Alia Bhatt’s house has also been decked with the lights. Her family has also reached the venue for the Mehendi functions. Take a look:

According to Pinkvilla, the latest report suggested that the Sangeet and Cocktail party has been scheduled to take place at RK House on April 14 while the wedding will reportedly happen on the 15th of April at Vastu. However, the wedding festivities were earlier reported to take place between April 13 to April 17.

Amid the ongoing festivities, bride-to-be Alia took time to comment on Ayan’s latest post on social media. He shared a teaser of the song titled Kesariya from the upcoming Brahmastra. Sharing the teaser, he wrote, "For Ranbir and For Alia! And… For this Sacred Journey they are going to embark on soon ! ❤️🥰💥 Ranbir and Alia… my closest and dearest people in this world… my happy place, and my safe place… who have added everything to my life… and given themselves completely and selflessly to our movie…! Soon after, Alia left two comments, in one she dropped a string of heart emojis and wrote, "Captionnnn," in the other, more revealing comment, followed by sad and love-struck emojis.
