Rhea Chakraborty opens up about her lockdown phase and bouncing back to work, says 'it's been a lot of healing'

In her latest media interaction with Etimes, Rhea hinted at bouncing back to work and spoke about her lockdown phase.

    The actress called the lockdown phase a process of ‘healing.’ Rhea Chakraborty said, “It's been a lot of healing and like coming back to normalcy, with baby steps at a time. So other than that, like work I'm trying, I'm hoping something will happen soon. So fingers crossed."

    Apart from this, she also walked in a fashion show and expressed her happiness in the same. Rhea Chakraborty said, “I'm really excited to be here. It's been a while since I've walked the ramp, almost a couple of years and I'm happy to be back at it like for me."

    Meanwhile, Rhea Chakraborty had welcomed the New Year with a heartwarming post. She could be seen uttering some words of motivation for herself. The Jalebi actress had shared a video wherein her voiceover could be heard with a message for herself.

    Rhea Chakraborty could be heard saying, “Dear me, thank you for being me, thank you for being kind, resilient, and patient. I'm so proud of the woman you have become, and I'm here for you always. Chin up baby girl, you got this. Happy New year. Yours truly, your inner self."

    Reportedly, the actress is in talks to play Draupadi in a contemporary retelling of Mahabharat . Earlier a report in The Times Of India had quoted a source to reveal that this could be an ambitious project for Rhea Chakraborty with a unique retelling of Mahabharat and Draupadi. Apart from this, Rhea was seen in Chehre opposite Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi.
