Superstar Salman Khan is all set to begin shooting for Farhad Samji ’s directorial Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali. Apart from headlining the film, the actor is also reported to independently handle the production of the film under his banner SKF Films.

As per reports from ETimes, the film was supposed to be backed by producer Sajid Nadiadwala alone under his production banner Nadiadwala Grandsons. But now, the reports suggest that the production operations are likely to be handled by Salman’s production house.

Further going by the report, it has been learned that the Dabangg actor wanted to start the film soon but Sajid wanted to work a little more on the script. Hence, the two who are best friends, mutually decided that it would be better if Salman can go ahead. Meanwhile, The Farhad Samji directorial will have Pooja Hegde as the female lead who for the first time will be sharing the screen space with Salman. The film also stars Zaheer Iqbal, who made his debut with the 2019 film Notebook. Also, Telugu actor Venkatesh will also appear as Salman’s brother in the film.
