The Batman which is set to hit theaters this march has dropped a couple of trailers and promos, the new movie directed by Matt Reeves and starring Robert Pattison as the Dark Knight is set outside of the DC Extended Universe.

Simu Liu star of Marvel 's highly successful Shang-Chi and The legend of the Ten Rings took to Twitter to reveal a funny observation he made about the caped crusader.

In the tweet that is sure to get at least some fans riled up the actor points out that while Batman's cape works while on foot, it would be a terrible idea to ride a motorcycle wearing one.

Shang-Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings was a surprise critical and commercial success and grossed over $430 million at the box-office worldwide and even has a sequel in early production with the cast returning as well Destin Daniel Cretton returning to direct.

The actor's thoughts on Batman's cape are meant as a jest, as the actor has expressed his love for the caped crusader and Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight Trilogy in previous interviews.

The actor is referring to the fact that the new Batman movie has several scenes with the dark knight riding a motorcycle around Gotham City.

Fans will have to wait till March and see The Batman to know if Simu Liu's thoughts of capes and motorcycles hold true.
