Shehzada Box Office Day 3: Kartik Aaryan's film sees a slight improvement but still has a long way to go to be declared a hit

Well, after the super successful run of Kartik Aaryan ’s last venture Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 at the box office, all eyes were on his latest release Shehzada that released in the theatres on February 17, 2023. However, the movie received a rather underwhelming response both at the box office and among the critics. After lukewarm collections both on its opening and on the second day, the film has now shown a slight growth on its third day (February 19).

Shehzada had opened to a lackluster Rs 6 crore on its first day and while expectations were high for the movie to improve on its second day, it being a Maha Shivratri holiday, it hardly showed any growth accumulating only a meager Rs 6.65 crore. Now, on its third day, the movie has finally managed to show a little growth and has amassed Rs 7.30 crore according to early estimates. The total collections of the Kartik Aaryan starrer thus stand at Rs 19.65 crore.

Well, it seems tough luck indeed for the Sonu Ki Titu Ki Sweety actor since he had also turned producer with the film. The movie is the official Hindi remake of the Telugu blockbuster Ala Vaikunthapurramloo and has been directed by Rohit Dhawan. The movie also stars Kriti Sanon , Paresh Rawal, Ronit Roy, and Manisha Koirala in the lead roles. Now, all eyes are on this entire week to see whether the collections improve of the movie or whether it spirals further down.
