SK21: Sivararthikeyan and the team begin filming the Kashmir schedule

The second schedule of SK21 has begun in Kashmir, the shoot was delayed due to security concerns caused by the G20 summit.

The project will be helmed by Rajkumar Periyasamy and produced by Kamal Haasan. The movie is Sivakarthikeyan 's first collaboration with director Rajkumar Periyasamy.

The actor signed the project in January, but production was delayed as both the actor and director were busy wrapping up other projects.

The Kashmir Schedule is expected to last 50 days, Sivakarthikeyan will be playing the role of an army officer with Sai Pallavi playing the heroine.

Rajkumar Periasamy's upcoming project with Karthi in the lead, titled Japn had kept him busy. Karthi will be playing a double role in the movie and the movie will be a heist thriller. This will be the third time the actor has played a double role after 'Siruthai' and 'Kaashmora'.

Joining Karthi the rest of the cast includes Anu Emmanuel, Sunil, Koushik Mahata, Ashna Sudheer, and Vijay Milton.

The movie is produced by S. R. Prabhu under the banner of Dream Warrior Pictures. The cinematography for the movie is handled by Ravi Varman, the music is helmed by G.V. Prakash Kumar and finally, the editing will be done by Philomin Raj.

As for Sivakarthikeyan, the actor will be next seen on the big screen in the comedy movie Ayalaan. The project is the actor's first collaboration with director R. Ravikumar and is a science fiction movie with music composed by the legendary A.R. Rahman.

The movie's cast includes Sivakarthikeyan, Rakul Preet Singh, Sharad Kelkar, Isha Koppikar, Bhanupriya, and Yogi Babu.

In the movie, Sivakarthikeyan plays the role of Raghu who has a chance encounter with an alien. Sivakarthikeyan fans have a lot to be happy about in 2023, the rising star of Tamil cinema has three other projects lined up for the new year.
