    The movie managed to gross 143 million dollars from the North American Box-Office beating Thor: Ragnorok (123 Million).

    Despite getting mixed responses from critics the latest installment in Marvel 's Thor franchise, Thor: Love and Thunder are going strong at the box office.

    The movie has managed to gross 143 million from the North American Box-Office beating Thor Ragnarok which earned 123 Million.

    Thor: Rahnork is considered to be the best movie in the franchise and is credited with revitalizing the franchise.

    Thor 4 has the third-highest opening in 2022 behind Doctor Strange: In the Multiverse of Madness (185 million) and Jurrasic World: Dominion(145 million).

    Internationally the movie surpassed expectation and brought in a whopping 158 million from 17 territories in its opening weekend.

    Marking the second-highest-opening weekend during the pandemic in Australia, New Zeland, and the Philippines

    And came in third in countries Brazil, Italy, Thailand, Singapore and Argentina.

    The movie's largest international markets were Korea ($15.3 million), the United Kingdom ($14.8 million), Australia ($13.8 million), Mexico ($11.8 million), and India ($10.3 million). 

    This brings the worldwide gross of the movie to 302 million dollars.

    It remains to be seen if Thor: Love and Thunder could overtake the success of Doctor Strange 2 in the coming weeks.

    For now, the God of Thunder's latest adventure holds the position of the 10th highest-grossing movie of 2022.

    Thor: Love and Thunder is now playing in theaters.
