And he knows that it will feature a "bomb-drop.", that will have major ramifications for the fifth phase of the MCU and beyond.

While we can only guess to what he is referring to, the recent release of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever could support a recent rumor that the team will be sent to Wakanda to steal Vibranium.

In Wakanda Forever we have a surprise cameo from Valentina Allegra de Fontaine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus), who wants the Vibranium for her own needs. and since we do know that Fontaine will be playing a major role in Thunderbolts. Fans speculate that her role will be similar to Amanda Waller from Suicide Squad.

He could also be hinting at Harrison Ford 's role as former general Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross, and he will transform into the Red Hulk. There is also a rumor floating around that Ross is now President of the United States and will be making his MCU debut in Captain America: New World Order.

The rest of the Thunderbolts include Ghost (Hannah John-Kamen), Yelena Belova (Florence Pugh), Bucky Barnes/The Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan), John Walker/U.S. Agent (Wyatt Russell), and Taskmaster (Olga Kurylenko).

Hopefully, they will be able to hold their own against Black Panther and her Vibranium welding warriors.
