    Vettaiyan trailer update

Earlier, the makers of the Rajinikanth-starrer announced that the trailer of the upcoming film will be released tomorrow on October 2, 2024. The film, which is scheduled for a grand worldwide release on October 10, 2024, will give a sneak peek into the world of Rajinikanth’s encounter crime specialist and the secrets behind his killings.

Based on encounter killings, the film will see Amitabh Bachchan in the role of Sathyadev, marking his Tamil debut, Fahadh Faasil as Patrick, Rana Daggubati as Natraj, Manju Warrier as Thara, Ritika Singh as Roopa, Kishore as Harish, Abhirami as Swetha, Dushara Vijayan as Saranya, and Rohini as Nazeema. Leading man Rajinikanth plays the role of an encounter specialist who is under the radar of the law for his actions. Reports suggest that Rana Daggubati plays the antagonist in the film, a tech-savvy genius skilled at bugging laptops and gadgets, but who eventually gets exposed by Rajinikanth’s character.

Focussing on the corruption in the education system, this TJ Gnanavel-directed film is expected to be a hard-hitting drama with strong commercial appeal.
