The first-look poster of Thala Ajith’s long-awaited film Vidaamuyarchi was unveiled recently, but not many details of the film are known. Though the first-look poster was a treat for Thala fans, many felt that it failed to create an impact since the fans were getting an update a year after the film was first announced. But now, Ajith’s manager Suresh Chandra has come forward to reveal some key details of Ajith’s character in Vidaamuyarchi.

Suresh Chandra, in a recent interview, revealed that Ajith Kumar will be playing a caring and loving husband to his wife, played by Trisha. Earlier, it was reported that the movie will narrate the mission taken up by Ajith’s character to save his wife, who is allegedly kidnapped when they go on a road trip in Azerbaijan. Though there wasn't any confirmation on the synopsis, the latest update from Ajith’s manager might have confirmed the rumors surrounding the plot of the story.
The manager also revealed that Trisha will be joining Ajith for the final schedule of the film by July 2 or 3, along with other artists for their portions. Reportedly, the entire shoot of Vidaamuyarchi will be wrapped up in the first or second week of August as the makers are aiming for a Diwali release.

Vidaamuyarchi OTT rights
As reported earlier, the OTT rights of Vidaamuyarchi have been acquired by Netflix. Ajith plays the lead role in the movie, which also stars Trisha Krishnan, along with Arjun Sarja, Regina Cassandra, and Arav in other pivotal roles. Anirudh Ravichander has composed the songs and original score for the movie, while Nirav Shah is the cinematographer.
