Vikram Vedha first review: Kareena Kapoor Khan and Rakesh Roshan reveal if the Hrithik-Saif starrer is worth watching

One of the most awaited films of the year, Vikram Vedha is all set to arrive in theatres this Friday on 30th September. There are two major reasons why audiences are eagerly looking forward to its release-- apart from being the Hindi remake of R. Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi’s blockbuster hit, the neo-noir action thriller features a stellar star cast with Saif Ali Khan as the hero cop and Hrithik Roshan as the badass villain. The trailer gave us goosebumps and Hrithik’s portrayal of dreaded gangster Vedha especially left us wanting more.

Much to our delight, ahead of the film’s release, two prominent members of the film industry have now reviewed Vikram Vedha to help us decide if the film is worth watching. These celebs are none other than Saif’s actress wife Kareena Kapoor Khan and Hrithik’s filmmaker father Rakesh Roshan. On her Instagran story, Bebo shared: “Best film. Best actors. Best story. Best directors. What a film Blockbuster.” Rakesh ji, on the other hand, tweeted a poster of his son’s film along with the message: “Saw Vikram Vedha TERRIFIC credit to the director, actors & the team WOW!”

Honestly, most fans were expecting such great reviews because the film has a killer story-line, fantastic lead actors and a very talented supporting star cast along with the experienced direction of filmmaker duo Pushkar–Gayathri. Netizens feel that this Saif and Hrithik film is going to be a sure shot winner! Even the first two songs Alcoholia and Bande have received great response from the audience. Well, let’s wait and watch if Vikram Vedha can give good competition to Brahmastra on release!
