Abhishek Bachchan: I am well-mannered, I won’t snub Deepika Padukone

Although, Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone do not address the clash between them, but it seems that things aren’t completely well between the Piku co-actors. When Abhishek Bachchan was asked if he would feel awkward meeting the Happy New Year co-actress, he said, “If I bump into her at an event, I would like to believe that I am a well-mannered and well-brought up person and I won’t snub her or behave coldly. What has that got to with anything?”.

Abhishek was also asked about not being invited to the success party of Piku. The All is Well actor said, “I have nothing to say on that. I am too busy doing my own work to bother about other people’s work”.

It all started with the success bash of Piku, when the Cocktail actress forgot to invite Big B. The Shamitabh star accepted the Chennai Express star’s apology by saying, “Jo beet gayi so baat gayi”; but things between them doesn’t seem normal even now. After the wrap up party of Tamasha, when Deepika was asked about the update on clash, director Imtiaz Ali prompted, “You had a clash with Amitabh Bachchan?”; to which, Deepika casually replied, “Apparently, according to them [media] I had”.
