Abhishek Bachchan to star in Umesh Shukla’s Mere Apne

Director Umesh Shukla is all set to shoot his new projectMere Apnewith Abhishek Bachchan. The director, who has collected fame with his debutOMG: Oh My God!,says that the film is family oriented.

Shukla speaks about the actor thatAbhishek was the only choice for his film as he thinks that this actor can only do justice to the character. He confirms that although the titleMere Apneis same as that of the1971 movie but it is not a remake of any film.

Umesh shows his excitement for the movie saying,"In the next four weeks, we will confirm Abhishek's dates and will start shooting. The schedule will complete in one go, it is a 60-day schedule. We will be shooting in Himachal Pradesh, Sikkim and London".
