It’s a known fact that actor Boman Irani will be seen playing Nobel Laureate Kailash Satyarthi in an upcoming film titled ‘Jhalki’. The movie will be helmed by National Award-winning filmmaker Brahmanand Singh. Recently, Boman stated that actors should not lose interest in human conditions.

“As an actor, you have to constantly stay in touch with people and discover human conditions”, Boman stated, adding, “What happens in actor's life, especially after becoming famous, they lose touch with real people and start living in a bubble... Actors shouldn't lose interest in human condition and life”.

“If you cut off from the society, you are not meeting people. All the good work (performance) comes from the kind of people you have met. So as an actor, I think staying connected with people around you and not to land up on set, uttering dialogues and coming back home, are my some of the ways you can say, are there in my acting”, the PK actor added.

Boman revealed that he never chose acting to become a celebrity. “Acting is quite a risky business because it is quite unpredictable. And since I had the responsibility of my family and children, I didn't think of taking it up in my young age. Perhaps, that is why I treat acting as a creative 'job' where I am paid to do my job with best of my ability”, he said.

‘Jhalki’ is about a little girl looking for her brother who is missing, while working as a child labourer.
