Actress Ayesha Takia gives birth to a baby boy

Our heartiest congratulations to the Zee Cine Award winning actress Ayesha Takia as she steps into motherhood with a baby boy. The actress, who debuted in 2004 with Taarzan: The Wonder Car, was last seen hosting a music reality show, Sur Kshetra.

It has been reported that Ayesha delivered her baby a week before her due date between December 10 and 15. A proud father, Ayesha’s husband Farhan Azmi posted on Twitter, "Allahu Akbar Allahu Akbar" it's a BOY!" After receiving several congratulatory messages, an overwhelmed new mom Ayesha too posted, "Me and our son Thank u alll sooo much n much lov 2 all of u 4 the many blessings n gud wishes we recieved.god bless." Ayesha has delivered some extraordinary performances in Dil Maange More, Dor, Paathshala and Wanted. She has acted opposite leading Bollywood actors like Salman Khan, Shahid Kapoor, Abhay Deol and more.
