‘Shivaay’ is an impending project of Ajay Devgan. The film is being directed and produced by him under his banner Ajay Devgn FFilms. As per the latest reports, Eros has bowed out of Ajay Devgan’s Shivaay. From the trailer of the film, it is evident that the film is being made under a hefty budget.

As per the hearsay, Eros International reportedly pulled out of the project due to budgetary apprehensions. The film was pegged to be a 70 crore flick and Pen and Eros agreed on a 50-50 investment plan. But now, it reported that the filming of ‘Shivaay’ requires more money and Eros was not willing to shell extra money so they withdrew from the project.

However, no response regarding this news has yet been acquired from Ajay. This is undoubtedly an important film for Devgan and his co-stars Sayyeshaa Saigal and Erika Kaar. Moreover, this film will mark the Bollywood debut of Sayyeshaa Saigal. Now, this latest development must have left the Ajay Devgan’s fans in despair and dejection.
