Ajay Devgn’s Shivaay Runs Into Legal Trouble

It seems that Ajay Devgn’s upcoming masterpiece Shivaay has landed the actor in trouble. As per reports in Indiatoday.in, a complaint has been filed against the talented actor and the crew of the upcoming film, regarding the teaser poster that the star recently revealed on social media platform. Advocate Manmohan Singh has filed the complaint in Delhi's Tilak Nagar police station.

According to the complainant, the poster shows Ajay climbing on Lord Shiva’s image wearing shoes and also holding ice axe on the head of Shiva. The poster is said to have hurt Hindu sentiments. But a closer view to the poster shows, Ajay Devgn hanging from head of Shiva with sickle in his left hand and also wearing shoes.

Shivaay is an action thriller, shot at freezing temperatures in Bulgaria, Hyderabad and Uttarakhand. It is produced and directed by Ajay Devgn under his banner Ajay Devgn FFilms. Sayesha Saigal, grand-niece of the legendry actor Dilip Kumar, will make Bollywood debut with this project. With melodies by Jasleen Royal and Mithoon, the film will hit screens on October 28.
