Akshay Kumar gifts sea-facing flat to newly-wed sister

For Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar, his family comes first and he has proved it once more. According to sources, theKhiladi Kumardidn’t even think twice before gifting his sea-facing plush apartment to his newly-married sister Alka Bhatia and her husband Surendra Hiranandani. A source said, Akshay owns four flats in a multi-storey building in Juhu. While two floors he has kept for himself, one flat is of his mother whereas the fourth floor was the office of his production house.

"Akshay has two floors to himself and his mother stays a floor above him. The fourth floor was devoted to his production house for script discussions, meetings, photo shoots and editing. But when Alka and Surendra began exploring options for their new home, he suggested they move in there," a close source informed.

The source added, "The interiors are being done by Twinkle and the flat will be ready in 45 days".
