Ali Fazal: Judy Dench might be in India for the release of Victoria And Abdul

Actor Ali Fazal will be seen alongside English actor Judy Dench in Hollywood film Victoria And Abdul. The 30-year-old says that Judy might be visiting the country when the film releases at the end of the year. “I have been trying to convince her to come to India. She might be here for the release of the film though.” The actor is very much in awe of Judy and adds that he’s glad that he got to know her.  “I am so happy to have her as a part of my life. She is a gem of a person,” says Ali.

The team was filming in Agra last year when the shoot was disrupted by Bajrang Dal activists, who attacked the sets. The makers have now decided to finish the shoot in London, where they are recreating parts of Agra.

Meanwhile, the actor has his plate full with multiple projects. Besides his film with Judy, he also has Fukrey 2 and is also part of Indo-American film For Here Or To Go. “I am barely at home. In fact, I have come to a point where I am missing my house. But I am happy and satisfied with my work right now,” says Ali.

However, the actor has now decided to take a break. “I have done back-to-back projects for the last seven to eight months. I have now made a conscious decision to go easy. I am completely exhausted and I need to take a break,” says Ali.
