    Once more Bollywood star Ameesha Patel has taken her family members to court. According to sources, the actress has filed a case against his uncles in the Pune Civil Court, claiming rights to the Manali Apartments flat on Prabhat Road in Pune that belonged to her grandmother. Ameesha had once slapped a legal notice on her father Amit Patel alleging mismanagement of her accounts. According to sources, Ameesha's uncle Nalin Rajni Patel had submitted an application to the Deccan Gymkhana police on November 25 alleging his niece had 'sneaked into' their flat in Pune with a duplicate key and stolen some domestic articles jointly owned by his brother Sunil Rajni Patel and him. Now Ameesha has filed a petition (Case No. 970/2011) before Judge Shri Tankhiwale, saying her grandmother has bequeathed the property to her by will. Meanwhile, Nalin and Sunil have replied to Ameesha's petition, claiming their mother's signature on the will has been forged.

    Meanwhile, filmmaker Pooja Bhatt has won a long-pending obscenity case against her for 2005 filmRog. According to sources, the Bombay High Court had on November 22 quashed the obscenity charges against Pooja and her company Fish Eye Network Pvt. Ltd and disposed off a complaint filed by social activist Vinod Jain. "Divine Justice - in the form of a high court hearing in my favour for an obscenity case against my filmRog. Fought this for 8 long years!" Pooja tweeted Saturday.
